The Fentons, Maldon, CM9

We acquired The Fentons, Maldon in 2019 and successfully obtained planning permission for a residential development of eight apartments.

The approved scheme comprised six two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments, each designed with allocated parking and generous amenity space.

Following the grant of planning permission, the development has now been sold.
