We are pleased to announce that planning permission has been secured for Quilters Yard, Billericay, following unanimous approval at planning committee.

Located on the site of the former Reid’s nightclub, the scheme will deliver 32 high-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, bringing forward the sensitive redevelopment of a disused brownfield site within the conservation area.

The proposals were carefully designed to respond to the character of the surrounding area, with particular emphasis placed on high-quality architecture, sympathetic materials and the creation of a purposeful new residential use.
