We are thrilled to announce that after over two years of work we have achieved planning approval from Basildon Council for our new residential scheme at the former Reid's nightclub in Billericay.

The scheme will deliver 32 one- and two-bedroom apartments, beginning the next chapter for this disused brownfield site within the conservation area.

Particular emphasis was placed on the high quality design and sympathetic materials proposed, and on bringing the building back into purposeful use.
